There's something about Connect Master that keeps me coming back. Each level is basically one little mystery, and solving it feels like a tiny win before I move on.

I picked up this meowdoku game because I wanted something quiet for the evening. It gives me a small logic challenge without any time pressure. I've played it every night this week.

I got stuck on a level with hidden boxes and kept dropping the wrong colors. I finally looked up a marble sort walkthrough out of pride, and it turned out I was just dropping too fast. Now I actually wait and watch the belt.

I play a lot of puzzle games, but Game Is Hard is the only one that made me actually tilt my phone and talk to it. The game breaks the fourth wall in a fun way. The prompts are simple, but the solutions are often hidden in the environment—like, you need to point the camera at your desk or cover the screen. It’s not stressful at all. I keep coming back because the aha moments are addictive.

What keeps me in Colony Flow is the variety of tile combos. One level it’s a simple path, next you have Connected Boxes and Chocolate everywhere. I never get bored.
