Frequently asked questions
How do I book you?
If you know which package you'd like to work on together, you can click the specified Book Now button which will take you to my Calendly to proceed further. If you're looking for a custom quote, please book a time in my Calendly on the Contact page to set up a clarity call to determine your specific scope and needs. Once we complete the agreement contract and deposit, we'll be ready to start immediately!
What do I need before we start working together?
After our consult call and contract have been completed, I'll need all of your content (images, final copy, etc.) before we can begin developing. I will set up a designated folder for you to upload specifically to so we can reduce confusion and be efficient from the get-go.
Who will I be working with?
We'll be working 1-on-1 throughout the entire process! This allows me to personally connect with you and your brand and understand your specific needs without passing you off. However, I do love bringing in experts such as my favourite copywriters, strategists and PR outreach when you need them.
Here are some of the reasons why my clients love working with me:
1. I’m efficient.
2. I treat your business like it’s my own.
3. Transparency's my favourite.
4. I’m loyal. In other words, I’ve got your back.
5. I’ll always power through.
How do payments work?
Typically I request a 50% deposit upon signing the contract. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, before I deliver the final files. 3-month payment plans are an option for larger packages (to be discussed during the clarity call together). If you're looking for a custom quote, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for details as prices will vary.
Will my website be easy to update?
Yes! I pride myself in empowering and giving my clients the tools and confidence to understand the tools they're using since you know your content best. I'll provide you with a live training session showing you how to do everything from editing copy to addressing your biggest confusions.
